My experience at Charles Hurst Van Centre Belfast could have been better because i was kept waiting a week due to a 'factory recall' that turned out to be a lie from the salesman Shane Rice, then the Rhine management light came on after only driving it out of the premises. Hurst's have had it for nearly 2 weeks now and I'm still waiting for them to fix it. I'm extremely disappointed by the whole experience. I spent a lot of money on a vehicle with only 25 miles on the clock (so virtually new) and it has be in the garage ever since I parted with my hard earned cash.

I was told I would have the vehicle within 2 weeks off putting down a substantial deposit, then was told repeatedly that the finance company would not let Charles Hurst hand the car over until I phoned the finance company myself to be told that Charles Hurst had received there money and that Charles Hurst themselves where holding back the vehicle.

I was happy with the service at Charles Hurst Van Centre Belfast because I needed a pick up and I needed it pretty fast. When I went in I was approached by Shane Rice straight away. I told him my needs and my budget and straight away he pointed me in the direction of a few suitable vehicles, once id decided on one he arranged a test drive pretty quick. He was confident and courteous which made me feel, instantly, that I was dealing with a professional. he made the entire process from decision through to collection quick and easily understandable, I've bought a few cars in the last year and I've never dealt with a salesman that made me feel as comfortable in my decision making as well as Shane did. Congratulations to Charles Hurst group for finding a salesman so professional honest confident and knowledgeable. The site was clean and tidy and well laid out and It made me feel that I was in a top rated showroom as it turned out to be.
